The Dongri day center is a hub of activity that sees over a hundred children coming for a variety of programmes.  A Balwadi and school readiness programme for around 30 children allows mothers to leave their children in a safe environment.

A day center for children above five years of age encourages the children to go to school, provides a non formal education programme for those that cannot fit into the school system and a variety of other classes designed to allow the children to develop a skill set in order to mainstream them into productive adults.

The close proximity to JJ Hospital means that we often avail of their medical facilities in order to provide a health programme to the children.

AA NIght Shelter for girls has been providing a safe shelter and nurturing environment to girls without taking them out of mainstream schools and society so that they are better able to succeed as adults in this competitive urban environment.
